CVL

  1. Heparin 10u/ml, flush with 2-3ml 2x daily; after CVL use; and PRN 60 flush each lumen/ mo
  2. Normal Saline, flush with 3-5ml after CVL use and PRN 60 flush each lumen/mo. non infusing 30 total
  3. CVL dressing change kits, change dressing weekly and PRN at least 6 kits/mo
  4. Needless connector(cap), change connector 2x a week and PRN 20 each/mo
  5. Sterile Gauze 2x2 1box
  6. Face mask 1 box
  7. Impregnated Alcohol cap, place on end of needless connector after flushing 60 each lumen/mo
  8. Clean gloves 1 box
  9. Biopatch 6 each mo
  10. Small Tegaderm, reinforce the dressing PRN 5/mo

PICC

  1. Heparin 10u/ml flush with 2-3ml 3x daily; after CVL use; and PRN 90 flush per lumen/mo
  2. Normal Saline flush with 3-5ml after CVL use and PRN 90 flush each lumen/mo. non infusing 30 total
  3. PICC dressing change kits change dressing weekly and PRN at least 6 kits/mo
  4. Needless connector(cap), change connector weekly and PRN 10 each/mo
  5. Sterile Gauze 2x2 1 box
  6. Face mask 1 box
  7. Impregnated alcohol cap, place on end of needless connector after flushing 60 each lumen/mo
